What is your primary product or service?
Office and hospitality furniture.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Out of college I went to work for a rep that offered library furniture. After understanding the sales process and the rep end of the business I went to work for a rep representing one of the Big 3's, AllSteel. In 1992 I decided I could do this for myself and went out on my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I always took the attitude my job was not selling just for the sake of selling. The sale had to be a win win by offering the correct product to enhance the productivity and the office environment. Hospitality requires being able to initially provide a positive visual effect plus the approperate level of comfort with high quality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location covering the entire US.

At the entersection of 75 and Campbell go east on Campbell. The second light will be Greenville. Take a right and go about a block to Richardson Corporate Park. Turn right into the parking lot. Continue on that road to the second building which is Building 7. G. Scott Waddell Company is in location 705.
What type of payments do you accept?
Purchase orders with approval or leasing is available as well. Payment in full upon installation.
